How to Compress a Video on iPhone

1. Download Video Compressor for iPhone & iPad
2. Open the app and select a video
3. Choose a preset (1080p/720p) and preview quality
4. Tap Compress, then share or save the smaller file

For messaging, 720p is often more than enough and reduces size dramatically.
